Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in our Hawaii store. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. We value candidates with 1+ year of luxury retail sales experience, POS proficiency, and strong English.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media familiarity preferred.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain floor energy, manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques.
• Perform daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom clean and organized; follow policies.
• Process transactions and support online pickups.
• Assist teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
