Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency; clienteling and data acquisition skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations
• Process transactions and support daily store operations including inventory and visual merchandising
