Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to represent our luxury brand in-store, delivering a personalized shopping experience and achieving sales goals. You will engage clients, provide fashion guidance, and utilize POS tools to complete transactions with precision.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and fashion awareness.
• Luxury retail background and social media familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs for self and team.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and close sales.
• Perform daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom organized and follow policies.
