Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to provide luxury retail service, build lasting client relationships, and drive store sales with personalized styling and product expertise. You will use mobile POS and clienteling tools, while maintaining stockroom and floor standards to deliver an elevated shopping experience.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail or related sales, English proficiency, and comfort with live-stream shopping or social selling. Flexibility for peak periods is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Build relationships through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs; close sales with follow-ups.
• Maintain floor: stock, inventory, visual merchandising and daily operations.
