Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand in a luxury retail setting. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

You will build lasting client relationships, utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools, and contribute to brand initiatives and training programs. Flexibility for a varied schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream or video demos a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Support daily store operations and inventory tasks.
