Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized luxury retail experience, achieve sales goals, and support daily store operations. The role blends in-store service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of luxury retail sales, knowledge of fashion trends, and proficiency with POS systems. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak periods is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or equivalent; fashion trend awareness and competitive knowledge.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos; clienteling and data collection.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador per the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and support inventory and floor tasks.
