The role blends luxury service with teamwork, data-driven clienteling, and brand initiatives to build loyalty and drive revenue.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
Strong English proficiency
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Luxury retail background and social media savvy (preferred)

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools; participate in social selling.
Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
Perform daily cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising tasks.
Keep floor and stockroom organized and comply with policies.
Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
Assist with inventory movement and brand initiatives.
Foster a collaborative team environment and openness to feedback.
