Qualifications

1+ year of luxury retail sales experience.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency.
Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos.
Strong English language proficiency.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising).
Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
Support inventory cycles and product movement.
Foster a collaborative, team-driven environment.
