Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You will build lasting client relationships, use mobile POS and social selling tools, and collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop)
• Walkie-talkie use and ability to read price/release sheets
• Strong English proficiency and professional appearance

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style standards
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques
• Perform daily store tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising
