Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience in our store. You will meet personal and store goals, support daily operations, and blend luxury service with omni-channel selling to strengthen brand loyalty.

The role requires at least 1 year of luxury retail or sales experience, proficiency with POS systems, and strong English. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is expected, with opportunities to train, grow, and contribute to team success.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment; encourage team performance.
