Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations while blending luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling to build brand loyalty.

As a front‑line ambassador, you will cultivate lasting client relationships, use mobile POS and social selling tools, and contribute to team success through collaboration and product expertise.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience or equivalent education and work experience.
• Experience with POS systems, iPad/laptop use, and mobile POS tools.
• Strong English proficiency and customer service focus.
• Luxury retail background with social media familiarity and live-stream knowledge (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style/service standards.
• Provide personalized styling and product expertise to clients.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools; capture data for repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs and team goals.
• Prospect new customers; maintain relationships and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy floor presence and support store operations.
• Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and daily tasks as needed.
