Coach, a global luxury fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and omnichannel selling across in-store and digital channels.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, driving sales through tailored recommendations, and maintaining inventory, POS accuracy, and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and fashion trend awareness.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor; adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Keep floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow policies and POS procedures.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online picks).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, move product.
• Assist teammates in other areas as required.
• Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment; encourage team performance.
• Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities.
