Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations while representing the Coach brand through expert product knowledge and stylish clienteling.

Responsibilities include building lasting client relationships, driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and utilizing mobile POS and social selling platforms to encourage repeat purchases. Flexibility for schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium brands is preferred.
• Ability to meet personal and store sales goals.
• Proficiency with POS, iPad, laptop and mobile devices.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS tools, clienteling, and social selling to capture data.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Support daily store operations and inventory tasks.
