Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience in a luxury retail setting. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend omnichannel selling with team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Responsibilities include building relationships, cross-selling, and using POS and clienteling tools to capture data for repeat purchases. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising) while maintaining service standards.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
• Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment; encourage team performance.
