In this role you will build client relationships, leverage product knowledge, and use POS/clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Flexibility for nights and weekends is important.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in luxury retail sales; knowledge of fashion trends.
• POS operation experience; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency; ability to read price sheets.
• Luxury retail background with social media live shopping familiarity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships with personalized styling and advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs and team targets.
• Source new customers; maintain relationships and close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy floor presence; support daily store operations.
