Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background; social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain a high-energy floor, manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques
• Complete daily tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising) and follow policies
