Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and help meet store sales goals. You will blend luxury retail service with omni-channel selling, clienteling, and collaboration to drive brand loyalty.

Responsibilities include using mobile POS, maintaining visuals, and supporting inventory and daily operations while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and reading price sheets.
• Strong English proficiency; able to read and communicate clearly.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize Mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed personal and store KPIs and support daily operations.
• Foster teamwork and participate in brand initiatives and training.
