Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will blend luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling, using POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to build client relationships and drive revenue.

Responsibilities include daily operations, stockroom upkeep, and contributing to brand initiatives while maintaining high energy on the floor. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar.
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech tools (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personalized styling.
• Meet personal and store sales goals; drive revenue and loyalty.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Maintain store operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
• Foster a collaborative, high-energy team environment.
