Coach is seeking a brand-focused sales associate for the Florida market. You will greet clients, offer expert styling advice, and drive sales through personalized recommendations and cross-selling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use.
• Familiar with iPad/laptop POS, walkie-talkie and price sheets.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to read price/release sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and build client relationships.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Support daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
