Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in a luxury retail environment in Miami. You will deliver a personalized shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations. The role blends luxury service with omni-channel selling and teamwork to drive brand loyalty.

Candidates with 1+ year of luxury retail sales experience, POS proficiency, and strong English skills are preferred. Flex scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to read price sheets.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
