Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Key West to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations. The role blends luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Requirements include 1+ year luxury retail or sales experience, POS proficiency, strong English, and comfort with live-streaming or social media.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
• Support inventory, cash wrap, replenishment, and visual merchandising tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and follow policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training.
