Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be a front-line ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences and supporting daily store operations. This role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You will build lasting client relationships through styling expertise, meet personal and store KPIs, and participate in brand initiatives while maintaining high energy on the floor and adapting to business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream video experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Perform daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising).
• Process transactions efficiently and support inventory movement.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in brand initiatives.
