Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand in our store. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

Experience with POS and basic computer tools

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations
Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs
Source new customers and follow up to close sales
Maintain showroom standards, process transactions, and assist with inventory and replenishment
Support teammates and participate in brand initiatives and training
