Qualifications
- 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Experience with POS and handheld devices.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos.
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as brand ambassador per standards.
- Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
- Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling.
- Use POS, clienteling, social platforms for data and repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Source new customers and manage relationships to close sales.
- Maintain selling floor and stockroom, visual merchandising.
- Process transactions and inventory movements.
