Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the United States to provide an elevated, personalized shopping experience and achieve store sales goals. This role blends luxury retail service with omni-channel selling, requiring strong product knowledge and customer focus.

You will build lasting relationships, conduct fashion advisory sessions, and support daily operations, including POS transactions and inventory tasks. Minimum 1+ year in luxury retail preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Support daily store operations and cash wrap activities.
