Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and omni-channel selling.

The role blends luxury retail service with data-driven clienteling and collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Candidates with 1+ years in luxury sales and strong English proficiency are preferred.

Formación

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) or education/experience equivalent.
Experience with POS operation and mobile POS on iPad/laptop.
Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and move around the store.
Strong English proficiency.
Luxury retail background and familiarity with live-stream shopping or social video demos (preferred).

Responsabilidades

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold styling/service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms.
Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Support daily store operations including cash wrap and inventory tasks.
