Job summary

Coach, part of the Tapestry family, seeks a customer‑centric retail associate to deliver exceptional service in a fast‑paced luxury environment. You will greet clients, assist with product selections, and process transactions on the POS with accuracy, while maintaining stockroom standards and visual merchandising updates.

Qualifications

• 1+ retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, POS).
• Ability to read price and product release sheets and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and assist.
• Serve as brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add‑on products and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to loss prevention guidelines.
