Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency and communication skills.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos experience ( Preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers; maintain relationships and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques.
