Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in our flagship or boutique environment. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily operations and omni-channel selling.

The role requires strong English communication, luxury retail experience, and active clienteling to build lasting relationships. The position involves flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
Strong English proficiency; ability to read price sheets and engage clients.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and provide elevated customer service.
Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and recommendations.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized service.
Utilize POS/mobile tools to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs; support daily store operations.
Handle transactions and fulfill online orders, returns, and exchanges.
Assist with inventory, merchandising, and shop floor maintenance.
