Tiffany & Co. Northwest is seeking a Retail Learning Coach to partner with store directors, market leadership, and sales teams to elevate client experience and selling capabilities across a group of retail locations.

The role translates learning programs into measurable on-the-job behaviors, develops coaching plans, and oversees onboarding while supporting performance improvements across the region.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in luxury retail sales leadership and people management (e.g., Team Manager, Store Director, Multi-site / Market BP).
• Proven track record in sales, developing client relationships, leading teams, and coaching.
• Deep understanding of luxury client experience standards and relationship-based selling.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and adult learning capabilities.
• Ability to travel regularly among assigned stores, including overnight travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Use business performance metrics to identify coaching opportunities and develop the coaching strategy for the designated group of retail locations.
• Monitor and update coaching plans to improve KPIs such as sales, AUR, conversion, clienteling activity, and NPS.
• Develop 30-60-90 day coaching plans and track progress weekly and monthly.
• Ensure learning programs are applied in day-to-day selling and onboarding.
• Observe interactions and provide actionable feedback to drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with store leadership to align coaching priorities with business objectives.
