Responsibilities

• Deliver in-the-moment coaching on the sales floor to client advisors and leaders.
• Develop and monitor coaching plans aligned with KPIs (sales, AUR, conversion, NPS).
• Support onboarding and structured development for new hires.
• Collaborate with store leadership and central teams to reinforce Tiffany brand standards.
• Build and sustain day-to-day execution of the coaching strategy.
