Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Retail Learning Coach in Dallas to partner with store directors and market leaders to drive sales performance and elevate the client experience.

You will translate learning programs into on-the-floor behaviors, reinforce brand standards, and support onboarding across a group of stores. Success requires luxury retail coaching expertise, strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution, and the ability to influence leaders at multiple levels while aligning with brand

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of luxury retail sales leadership and people management experience.
• Proven track record in coaching to improve sales performance and client experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly among stores (up to 65%).

Responsibilities

• Identify coaching opportunities from business metrics and develop coaching strategies for store groups.
• Develop 30-60-90 day coaching plans and monitor progress against KPIs.
• Deliver in-the-moment coaching on the sales floor to improve client experience and selling skills.
• Collaborate with store leadership to onboard new hires and implement development milestones.
• Design micro-learnings and support adoption of Tiffany Wonder e-learning platform.
