Qualifications

• 5–8 years of luxury retail sales leadership and people management
• Proven coaching expertise and ability to influence leaders at multiple levels
• Strong track record in sales, client relationships, and coaching

Responsibilities

• Identify coaching opportunities using business metrics and develop strategies for stores.
• Monitor and adjust coaching plans to improve KPIs such as sales, AUR, conversion, and NPS.
• Develop 30–60–90‑day coaching plans for employees needing development.
• Deliver in‑the‑moment coaching and actionable feedback on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with store leadership to execute onboarding and development milestones.
• Align coaching priorities with business objectives across store teams.
