Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching to client advisors and leaders on the sales floor to drive performance.
• Identify development opportunities and design targeted coaching plans.
• Monitor onboarding and coaching progress against KPIs like sales, AUR, conversion, and NPS.
• Collaborate with store directors and market leaders to align coaching with business goals.
• Travel regularly among assigned stores, including overnight travel up to 50%.
