Qualifications

• 5-8 years of luxury retail sales leadership and people management.
• Proven track record in sales, coaching and client relationships.
• Inspiring leader able to guide and support teams.
• Experience translating performance metrics into development actions.
• Strong coaching, facilitation and adult-learning capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and business reporting tools.
• Experience supporting multi-store markets and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Use business metrics to identify coaching opportunities and set strategy for the group of stores.
• Monitor coaching plans to improve sales, AUR, conversion, clienteling, and NPS.
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans for employees needing development.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching on the sales floor and during onboarding.
• Collaborate with store leadership to align coaching with business goals.
• Deliver micro-learnings and reinforce brand standards daily.
