Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Retail Learning Coach for the Dallas area to drive sales performance and elevate the client experience across a designated group of stores.

The role partners with store leaders and central teams to translate learning programs into measurable on-the-job behaviors that boost business results. The ideal candidate has luxury retail coaching expertise, the ability to influence leaders at multiple levels, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of luxury retail sales leadership and people management experience.
• Proven track record in sales, developing client relationships, and performance-based coaching.
• Ability to influence leaders at multiple levels and translate insights into development actions.
• Strong coaching, facilitation and adult learning capabilities.
• Deep understanding of luxury client experience standards and relationship-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Identify coaching opportunities using business performance metrics and develop coaching strategies for a group of stores.
• Monitor and adjust coaching plans to improve KPIs such as sales, AUR, conversion, clienteling, appointments, and NPS.
• Develop 30-60-90 day coaching plans for employees needing development.
• Deliver in-the-moment coaching and feedback on the sales floor to improve performance.
• Partner with store leadership to execute onboarding plans and development milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align coaching with business objectives.
