Job summary

Tiffany & Co. Northwest seeks a Retail Learning Coach to partner with store directors, market leaders and central teams to drive sales performance, elevate client experience, and strengthen leadership across locations.

The role leads coaching initiatives that translate learning into daily behaviors and measurable business results, with a focus on clients, people, and brand desirability. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in luxury retail sales leadership.
• Jewelry/watch expertise a plus.
• Proven track record in sales, client relationships, and coaching.
• Inspiring and trusted leader, able to guide and support teams.
• Proven experience analyzing retail performance metrics and translating insights into actions.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and adult learning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Use performance metrics to identify coaching opportunities and develop the coaching strategy for the designated group of retail locations.
• Monitor and create coaching plans to improve KPIs including sales, AUR, conversion, clienteling, and NPS.
• Develop 30-60-90 day coaching plans and monitor progress.
• Ensure learning programs are applied in day-to-day store selling and client experience.
• Design and facilitate sales-floor micro-learnings aligned with Tiffany & Co. North America Retail Excellence.
• Partner with leadership to execute onboarding plans and development milestones.
