Brobston Group is seeking an Fendi Operations Manager to lead store operations, scheduling, merchandising, and customer service. You will drive sales objectives, maintain standards, and develop a high-performing team, working closely with Store Leaders to share critical business insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience (luxury preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in store operations.
• Ability to run schedules and deadlines.
• Minimum intermediate level digital literacy.
• Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
• Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to communicate optimally both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to lift boxes/weight up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule: some nights, weekends, and holidays.
