Fendi in New York is seeking an Operations Manager to lead all store operations, oversee scheduling, merchandise handling, and customer service, and support the achievement of sales objectives. You will work closely with Store Leaders to drive standards, build strong teams, and develop associates.

Key responsibilities include controlling cash, processing transactions, managing inventories, coordinating with vendors, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of high-volume luxury retail experience.
• Experience in store operations and leadership responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to drive sales while maintaining standards.

Responsabilités

• Ensure store operations align with company policy.
• Operate POS, manage stock transfers, payments, and customer data.
• Act as Store Manager in absence of the Store Leader.
• Maintain store facilities and liaise with contractors and vendors.
• Lead inventories, shrink reduction, and asset protection.
• Oversee HR paperwork, scheduling, and training.
