Job summary

Brobston Group operates a Bal Harbour boutique and seeks a Store Operations Manager to lead inventory, stockroom operations, logistics, compliance, and back-of-house processes. You will support an exceptional client experience by improving efficiency, maintaining standards, and developing the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail operations and back-of-house management.
• Strong inventory control, stockroom organization, and product flow knowledge.
• Proficiency with POS systems, retail software, and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication, and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations policies, procedures, and team training.
• Manage stock organization, product flows, omnichannel activities, and inventory counts.
• Supervise returns, repairs, and other after-sales processes.
• Audit POS and back-office activities, monitor costs, and support budgets.
• Coordinate security, cleaning, maintenance, and loss prevention.
• Train and develop the operations team and support hiring and onboarding.
