Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Team Manager to support the Store Director in leading sales, operations, and security teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences in a luxury retail setting.

You will coach and develop staff, cultivate strong client relationships, and ensure store operations run smoothly in the Director's absence. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive sales and foster a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience.
• Proven ability to generate sales, achieve commercial results, and develop client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems, and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead the team to achieve sales, profitability, product category, and client development targets.
• Model excellent client service, manage relationships, and use client feedback to improve the store experience.
• Attract, retain, train, and develop talent while fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment.
• Oversee operational efficiency, back-of-house procedures, and compliance with internal controls.
