Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Team Manager to support the Store Director in leading sales, operations and security teams. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to develop clients, boost team performance and drive operational excellence.

The role focuses on client development, coaching, and ensuring exceptional service while maintaining compliance and a strong store presence on the sales floor. Flexibility for varied shifts and responsibilities is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays; adaptable to various roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems and client tracking systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College/university degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coach, guide and support sales and operations to hit targets.
• Provide management presence on the sales floor and model client service.
• Drive client development activities and manage key client relationships.
• Attract, hire, train and retain talent with ongoing coaching.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities; act on client feedback to improve service.
• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal controls.
