Gucci in New York is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the store operations team and support the processes that ensure exceptional client service from stockroom to selling floor.

You will partner with the Store Director to maintain inventory accuracy, oversee shipping and receiving, develop staff, and enforce policies while driving commercial excellence across the business.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of operations experience in retail/luxury retail or service industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations team and oversee stockroom and selling floor activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely shipping/receiving processes.
• Coach and develop staff on operating policies and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with Store Director to enforce Gucci standards and drive sales support.
• Maintain organized operations documents and report discrepancies to management.
