Job summary

Gucci Chicago is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the store operations team, oversee stockroom and inventory accuracy, and support the selling process to provide exceptional client service. You will work with the Store Director to uphold Gucci’s standards across operations, service, and policies.

You will drive day-to-day operations, manage on-duty coverage, coordinate shipping/receiving, cycle counts, and staff training while liaising with corporate departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of retail/store operations experience, luxury preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent written and communication skills; able to analyze information and set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and service standards with Gucci guidance.
• Oversee stockroom, inventory accuracy, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Train and coach staff on operating policies, procedures, and customer service.
• Coordinate with corporate departments and manage floor coverage as needed.
• Ensure accurate procedures and maintain clear operations documents.
