Job summary

Gucci in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Senior Operations Controller to drive store governance, inventory integrity, compliance, and premium service. You will support management with day-to-day operations and resolve shop floor issues.

In this role, you will oversee shipping/receiving, inventory cycles, and efficiency initiatives while ensuring Gucci standards and security guidelines. The position requires strong ethics, analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

3+ years of senior retail operations experience.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
High degree of ethics, professionalism and integrity.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee shipping/receiving and report issues to Store Director or Operations Manager.
Ensure timely movement of merchandise and adherence to procedures.
Maintain accurate store inventory, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
Identify ideas to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Support sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Communicate discrepancies to management promptly.
Process repairs and damages per guidelines and manage storage.
Assist with boutique maintenance and stocking per Gucci standards.
Place orders for office/store supplies.
Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and security.
