Job summary

Gucci in New York seeks a Senior Operations Controller to uphold inventory accuracy, governance, and exceptional client experiences in a luxury retail environment. You will troubleshoot operational issues across service, facilities, and stockrooms, supporting the Store Director and Operations Manager.

You will drive efficient processes, ensure compliance with brand standards, and contribute to a seamless shopping experience for every client while maintaining the highest standards of integrity

Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior retail operations experience.
• High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute shipping and receiving processes and report issues to Store Director or Operations Manager.
• Ensure timely movement of merchandise and adherence to procedures (transfers, RTVs, damages).
• Maintain accurate store inventory through cycle counts and reconciliations with support from leadership.
• Develop ideas to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Support the selling process and deliver the highest level of client experience.
