As a dynamic leader, you will guide Client Advisors and Team Managers, ensure top-tier clienteling, and manage local events and product launches to maximize loyalty and sales.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury/service industries.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• High ethics, professionalism, integrity & ability to inspire trust and lead a team.
• Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly.
• Proven ability to drive positive client experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in delivering superior client-centric service and after-sales experience to achieve high client satisfaction.
• Support store teams in actions to improve client experience and loyalty with top hospitality standards.
• Drive local events and product launches with client attendance and sales results.
• Coach and develop teams through feedback, coaching, and career conversations.
• Manage stock levels and training priorities to maximize full-price selling and new product launches.
• Partner with leadership to drive sales targets and maintain operational integrity.
