Tiffany & Co. in New York seeks a Retail Learning Coach for The Landmark to execute the luxury retail learning strategy, coach Client Advisors, and elevate brand behaviors store-wide.

You will partner with Commercial Leadership and cross-functional teams to drive performance through targeted learning experiences. This role supports onboarding, ongoing development, and reinforcement activities, with an emphasis on selling ceremony, product knowledge, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of retail training/coaching experience, preferably within a luxury brand or luxury service environment.
• Advanced organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and special events as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Understand retail math and the skills, actions, and behaviors that impact KPIs.
• Roll out training initiatives based on business needs, as directed by the Retail Learning Manager.
• Monitor daily interactions on the sales floor and share insights with Commercial Leadership.
• Ensure brand behaviors and store presentation meet Tiffany & Co. standards.
• Provide evaluations and post-training assessments to measure ROI.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to support behavior adoption.
• Utilize metrics, KPIs, reports, and insights to assess learning effectiveness and drive improvement.
• Lead onboarding and induction experiences for new hires with store leadership.
• Adapt learning approaches to evolving retail needs.
