Lead onboarding, organize learning moments, and ensure brand behaviors on the sales floor while delivering world-class luxury service. The hiring range is $110,000–$130,000, with eligibility for sales commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of retail training / coaching experience, preferably within a luxury brand or luxury service environment.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrates strong self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and special events as business needs require.
• DEIB commitment and brand behavior alignment.

Responsibilities

• Roll out training initiatives based on business needs and ensure adoption on the sales floor.
• Monitor daily interactions and share insights with leadership on client experience and selling skills.
• Provide evaluations and post-training assessments to measure ROI.
• Organize onboarding and induction experiences for new hires.
• Observe and coach the sales team to close performance gaps across the Landmark team.
• Utilize metrics and feedback to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
