Tiffany & Co. in New York's The Landmark is seeking a Retail Learning Coach to execute and reinforce our luxury retail learning strategy on site.

You will partner with Commercial Leadership, Client Advisors, Retail Learning- Americas to deliver impactful training, coaching, and development that elevates client experience and brand behaviors. This role requires 7+ years in luxury retail training, strong facilitation and coaching skills, and a commitment to evenings/weekends as business needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of retail training / coaching experience.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and special events.
• Ability to interact with all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Roll out training initiatives based on the needs of the business, as directed by the Retail Learning Manager.
• Monitor and observe daily interactions on the sales floor; provide feedback to leadership based on knowledge of client experience standards and brand behaviors.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to support adoption of desired behaviors.
• Utilize metrics, KPIs, and business insights to assess learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Organize and facilitate onboarding/induction experiences for new hires, coordinating with subject matter experts and store leaders.
